SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping delays are outside of The Crafty Cricket’s control and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
International Shipping
The Crafty Cricket currently does not ship outside of Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from The Crafty Cricket which will include a tracking number (when purchased) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact lynn@thecraftycricket.ca with your name and order number.
RETURN POLICY
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns on undamaged items purchased through the online store.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email lynn@thecraftycricket.ca as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. The Crafty Cricket will address these on a case-by-case basis and will do the best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
